West Travis County Public Utility Agency is excited to announce we have launched a new bill pay service! Our new platform features a user-friendly portal and more features to view and pay bills online. You will be able to schedule payments, set it and forget it with AutoPay and more. It’s simple, safe and secure!
The current payment site at Municipal Online Payments will be disabled on May 30, 2025. After that date, no scheduled one-time or recurring payments or autopayments will be processed. Payments will only process through May 30, 2025, even if already scheduled for a later date.
You must visit our new payment platform to re-register, confirm your account information and set up your desired payment options going forward. No payment information or settings will transfer automatically to the new payment platform.
There is only one exception-for customers currently enrolled in the automatic bank draft program with our customer service office. These customers will be set up for continuing bank drafts on the due date, but you are still highly encouraged to visit the new payment platform and verify the accuracy of the bank account information on file.
