The bids will be used to establish prices for the period from October 1, 2026, thru September 30, 2027. Bid documents are available from the WTCPUA Office located at 13215 Bee Cave Pkwy., Bldg. B, Ste. 110 Bee Cave, TX 78738. Sealed bids are due at 12:00 PM (CST) on Thursday, July 9, 2026.

Bids will be publicly opened at 2:00 PM (CST) on July 9, 2026, at 13215 Bee Cave Pkwy., Bldg B, Ste. 110, Austin, TX 78738.
Vendors or their representatives may attend.
Scope & Schedule
Scope
• Mow grass covered areas.
• Edge and blow-off all parking, driveways, walkways, wet wells, vaults, and equipment slabs.
• Weed-eat around buildings, tanks, fences, trees, and vegetation growing in between seams of ground covering.
• Maintain minimum three feet of walkable clearance on the outside perimeter.
Schedule
• Facilities maintained twice monthly shall be completed on the 1st week of the month and again on the 3rd week of the month.
• Facilities maintained once a month shall be completed in the 1st week of the month.
