During the week of December 1, 2025 our authorized contractor will start installing new automated smart water meters in Vistas. These meters will transmit water usage data directly and securely to the WTCPUA, allowing you to:

View your usage online once the customer portal is available

Detect leaks or unusual usage more quickly

Get more accurate, timely billing
What you need to do:
No action is required. Our contractor will knock on your door prior to temporarily shutting off your water to replace the meter. If no one answers and water is in use, they’ll return later. Contractors will be in the neighborhood until they complete installing all of the meters.
After installation, you might notice a brief air “burp” or residue when turning on your water for the first time; just let it run briefly until it clears.
