Effective 3/26/26, the WTCPUA is not processing applications for commercial service extension requests due to current system capacity limitations.
To ensure fairness and transparency, the utility is maintaining an application waiting list. When an application is submitted through MyGovernmentOnline, the system will date & time stamp the application for waiting list purposes. The application will not be processed, and submission of an application does not guarantee future water service. No fees will be collected, and no project review will occur until the application restriction is lifted. The developer contact on the application will be notified when the application is accepted for processing.
The WTCPUA Board of Directors will lift the application processing restriction once contracts for additional water supplies are in place. The utility is actively pursuing the procurement and execution of these contracts to expand system capacity and support future commercial development.
