How We Will Communicate With You
West Travis County PUA uses the H2O customer portal as a primary way to share important updates with customers.
As a backup for emergency situations, we have also implemented Voyent Alert!, which allows us to deliver urgent messages more quickly by text message, phone call, or email. Voyent Alert! will be used only during emergencies to share time-sensitive information.
We are working closely with municipalities throughout our region and using these communication tools to ensure customers receive accurate, timely updates. Please do not ignore or discard messages from either H2O or Voyent Alert! without reading them first, as they may contain important instructions or safety information.
All emergency updates will also be posted on our website at wtcpua.org.
Keep Your Phone Powered and Accessible
Your phone is one of your most important tools during an emergency.
Charge devices in advance whenever severe weather or other disruptions are possible. Consider keeping backup power options on hand, such as portable power banks or solar chargers, so you can maintain access to calls, texts, and alerts if power is lost.

• Store drinking water and non-perishable food for basic needs
• Know where your home’s water shut-off valve is located
• Keep flashlights and batteries easily accessible
• Avoid opening refrigerators or freezers unnecessarily during power outages
