The new portal gives customers more access to their water use data with hourly, daily and monthly water usage reports. This technology can help you save water and money!
Follow these easy steps:
- Visit https://getmymeter.info.
- Follow these instructions to register and get started.
- Select the Usage Data tab to access your meter data.
- Set up your notification preferences
Access the Get My Meter Info portal today to receive West Travis County PUA communications, including high water usage alerts, leak alerts and neighborhood-specific service announcements.
