What is an AMI Smart Meter
AMI stands for Advanced Metering Infrastructure. These meters securely transmit water-use data automatically, replacing manual meter reads.

Get My Meter Info is now available
The West Travis County PUA’s new water use monitoring portal, Get My Meter Info, is now available. The portal gives customers more access to their water use data with hourly, daily, and monthly water usage reports. This technology can help you save water and money.
Follow these easy steps:

• Follow the instructions to register and get started
• Select the Usage Data tab to access your meter data
• Set up your notification preferences
Access the Get My Meter Info portal to receive West Travis County PUA communications, including:
• High water usage alerts
• Leak alerts
