Please be advised that the West Travis County Public Utility Agency is now using the Voyent Alert! Notification Service to deliver important service notices and information updates to its subscribers. 

If you received an email from the WTCPUA notifiying you that you have been registered, no further action is needed. If you are a customer and did not receive that email, please register now for complimentary Voyent Alerts from the WTCPUA.

Notifications will be targeted to those regions and communities directly impacted by an event. In the future you should only receive notifications if an ongoing event or incident impacts a location you have registered with us. Notifications may include information on boil water notices, scheduled water shut-offs, weather issues affecting water, and more. The service will not be used for general information, but rather alerts customers need to know about.
