How to Save Money with Wastewater Averaging Months

Wastewater averaging season has started. The WTCPUA averages the amount of wastewater you use (anything that goes down a drain) during the months of December, January, and February. The average use of those three months sets your rates for the year. These months are chosen because they are typically the months people use the least amount of water. So, want to save money all year long? Fix running toilets and leaky faucets to ensure you are using the least amount of wastewater needed during these winter months!
